Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be returned with its original packaging and any included accessories.
Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

Items that are used, damaged after delivery, altered, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Please keep the product, packaging, and shipping materials until your claim has been resolved. Photos may be requested to help us review the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled or shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead request a return after receiving the item, subject to the conditions described in this policy.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, taxes, or other fees associated with returning an international order, unless the return is due to an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.
